Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States and to select international destinations — rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. US orders over $75 ship free, and orders placed before 11pm ET ship the same day.

How long will my order take?

US standard shipping is 3–7 business days after dispatch; international varies by destination. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our facility.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast to get orders out, so email support@urbvn168.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Start a return by emailing support@urbvn168.com with your order number, and we'll send a prepaid label.

How do exchanges work?

Need a different size or color? Let us know and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes run?

Most styles are true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. See our Size Guide for full measurements.

Are your pieces unisex?

Several core styles are designed to be worn by everyone — the intended fit is noted on each product page.

Products & Care

How should I care for my items?

Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and skip the bleach. Garment-specific care is on each tag and under Details & Care on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later) at checkout.
